These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the PreOrders.lk website and to every order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

PreOrders.lk is a Sri Lankan online store offering the latest smartphones, gadgets, electronics and accessories through a pre-order shopping experience. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean PreOrders.lk, and “you” means the person using the website or placing an order.

Every order placed on this website is a pre-order, placed ahead of a product arriving in Sri Lanka.

• Availability and arrival dates shown are estimates and can change due to manufacturer, shipping or customs timelines. We will keep you informed of any changes.
• Pre-orders are subject to supplier availability. Products are shipped or made ready for collection once they arrive.
• Product specifications, features, colours and included accessories are as provided by the manufacturer and may differ slightly from the images shown.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product. We confirm your order by sending an order confirmation. Payment is made securely at checkout.

Please make sure the model, colour, specifications and compatibility are correct before you order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

To reserve a pre-order, a reservation payment (currently LKR 5,000/-) is paid at checkout.

• The reservation payment is non-refundable.
• Once the reservation payment has been made and the order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason.
• The balance, if any, is due when your product arrives, as shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing your order.

We deliver across Sri Lanka through third-party couriers, and you can also choose Store Pickup at checkout to collect your order from our Pickup Point. Delivery times, pickup arrangements and delivery terms are set out on our Delivery information page, which forms part of these terms.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong products purchased, incompatible products, wrong colours or similar reasons. Orders cannot be changed or refunded once placed, and no refunds are given under any condition. Full details are on our Returns & exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.

If there is an issue with your product, you can send it for a warranty claim. Contact us on 0771155555 and we will guide you. Warranty coverage and outcomes follow the terms of the product’s warranty.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to submit false or misleading information. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details when placing an order.

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to PreOrders.lk or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Brand names and product names belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreOrders.lk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays caused by manufacturers, couriers, customs or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply from the date they are posted on this website, so please check this page regularly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
